Dipples
Dipples is a Greek dessert from the Peloponnese, made of thin sheet-like dough. Diples get their name from the Greek word for “fold”. They are thin sheets of phyllo dough that are folded while being fried, then drizzled with our housemade honey sauce, and dusted with cinnamon and ground walnuts. The crispiness is something that goes along with Dipples. A traditional Greek honey pastry dessert that is very popular around Christmas time throughout Greece.
