A Greek version of baked cheesecake! Made by crusted melomakarona mixed with crusted walnuts on the bottom for the base. The main, and thickest, layer consists of a mixture of soft cream cheese, topped with cherries. It’s a silky smooth, sweet and savoury cheesecake with a taste of baklava.
